Advocaat pudding


Bailey’s Irish Cream or Grand Marnier can be used instead of Advocaat.



  1. Mix the milk, sugar and Advocaat and bring to the boil and remove from the stove.
  2. Squeeze out the gelatin leaves, add to the mix and stir well.
  3. Portion into glasses and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Decorate with the mint leaves.


  • 1/2 L advocaat
  • 1/2 L milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 12 leaves gelatin, soaked in cold water
  • Mint leaves for decoration
